Wouldn’t this world be a much better place

If a pair of flip flops could only replace

All the uncomfortable shoes that we wear

A dream that can only be dreamed if we dare

This world might truly have much less malice

If we didn’t walk around in tight shoes with a callous

And there really quite possibly might just be less war

If our toes and our feet weren’t always so sore

In the evenings in Louboutin our feet get so numb

In Read My Feet flip flops we feel real freedom

If we could only find a way to abandon our Choo’s

And give in to wearing these most comfortable shoes

We really could truly be oh so less cranky

If only our feet weren’t so hot and stanky

We really should try it and see how it goes

Abandon those pumps and expose all your toes

All over the world there will be happy feet

And people will be kind to all the people they meet
